Ravana weapons are dropped each time, but if in the off chance yours doesn't drop, you get a totem. Titan-EX is really the hardest of the 3 EX primals but Ifrit is the last one to unlock, so I'm guessing if there are differences in the drop rate, the rate would increase more for later primals in the chain.
