My last pregnancy in 2019 my HCG started at 190 and then next blood draw was at 194 only rose 4 points. it was looking like it was ectopic also my progrsterone dropped but then all of a sudden my HCG started to increase and double. However, they did go up by 42% so, the u/s should confirm things for you. At 6 weeks hcg levels should be between 1080-56,500 and 7-8 weeks 7,650-229,000.I only bring this up because you said HCG didn’t work well for you before, so maybe changing up the dilution ratio would help.
